30 Days to Change Your Abs

Hi Brides to be and whoever reads my blogs. 
 
So yes, I was pinning again.  I think it is an addiction.  Anyways, came across this photo below:
 
So this gal isn't rock hard like the normal pictures you see on Pinterest but she looks 100% better after 30 days of working out right?  So I started searching for the work out she was doing.  I found it.  It isn't too tough, well maybe in the beginning it is,  and it only takes about 10 minutes, maybe 20 when you are starting out.  That is like blow drying your hair kind of time and we all have 20 minutes to spare. 
 
I know I have one or two of my brides who read my blogs, (and totally appreciate that by the way) so I would love to challenge anyone who is reading this blog to the challenge. 
 
Take a before and after picture and measure your waist before you start.  I am going to do that today.  On August 11, 2012 I am going to do the same thing, picture and measure. 
 
If you participate with me I would love to see your before and after pictures and your measurements and we can post a really encouraging blog to everyone with the results.  Anyone game?
 
Not sure who or what the original source was for the work out but have a go at it and see what you think.  Remember day one may be really tough but by day 5 you will be doing better and I bet you will notice a difference right away.
 
If you are new to working out remember to check with a doctor if you need to and remember sticking to it is what gets you the results.

Thank you for reading and commenting on my post. I certainly appreciate the encouragement! Still working at the abs. The program did turn out to be good. My abs are looking pretty good and it really becomes routine to do after you get started.
