Well not only is it wedding season it is bikini season. I back slid a little with my workouts and with my eating habits but am back on track again.
It happens to all of us. We have the best intentions and then oops. My downfall is I can always find something else to do that is more fun than working out. But, as you can see below there are a lot of fun things you can do to work out without even feeling like you are working out.
I recently had a bride not alter her dress to make it a bit bigger because she swore she was going to work out and lose the weight before her second fitting. Well, she did it! Her saving work out Bikram's Yoga. I have done that it the past and it is a great work out.

There are so many fun things that don't seem like working out that you can do with friends to get in shape for the big day.
I also found this great website FitDay. You can track your exercise, food, calories, and nutrition among other things on this site and it is free. It will run reports for you with the information you have provided over periods of time specified by you. It is a great way to keep track of your patterns and your success.
